Breath of Life
When you use your second wind, you can choose one ally adjacent to you to regain the hit points granted by it. If you do so, you don’t regain the hit points.
Like a Rock
When you spend a second wind, you gain 10 temporary hit points in addition to the hit points restored.
You can use your second wind as an immediate interrupt when you are damaged by an attack.
When you use your second wind, you can forgo the bonus to defenses to gain a +2 bonus to attack rolls until the end of your next turn.
When you use your second wind, you gain a +5 power bonus to the next damage roll you make with a melee weapon attack before the end of your next turn.
When you use your second wind, you can shift up to 3 squares as a free action.
